PEKOE
DOB: Sometime in 2005

Pekoe has no history except to say she was rescued from one of our municipal shelters and joined her new friends at Dog and Kitty City. She is a Shar Pei/Chef's Surprise mix. If she is in a pensive mood, her forehead gathers wrinkles. That tells you she is pondering a topic of importance.

She has the soft nose, like velvet, of a Shar Pei and coarse fur covering her body. She came to us with a runway figure. With good nutrition she is filling out, but will remain a small dog, about 35-40lbs. She has been treated for heartworms and is feeling much better. Her expression is much brighter and is ready to embrace life. Pekoe is ready and is eager to meet her new family.
